What are the payment methods?

Our payment method when purchasing an apartment in our Blumarina Suites & Plaza and Cocotal Ocho projects is:
- 20% Downpayment Divided into 2 payments ( 5% of separation and the other 15% to complete the the Downpayment must be covered in a period of 3 to 4 weeks, at the signing of the contract.
- The other 30% of the payment to complete 50% of the total investment must be paid during the construction period of the Development.
- The remaining 50% must be paid at the end of this construction period. This payment can be financed by local or foreign banks of your choice, or you can opt for the benefits offered by our partner bank.

When the constructions are going to end?
